GINGR gratefully acknowledges the first seed funding support from ORCA

GINGR has received its first ever seed funding from ORCA – Ocean Resilience and Climate Alliance, a funder consortium of leading climate and ocean institutions. ORCA was recently launched at COP28. GINGR is supported by ORCA’s “Accelerating Offshore Wind Development Globally” programme pillar. We are very grateful to ORCA for enabling GINGR to get off the ground.

In particular, the ORCA funding will enable the “Offshore” Technical Working Group to start its work on defining assessment criteria and tools to measure contributions towards nature positive in the offshore environment.
