Lori Anna Conzo

Lori Anna Conzo is the Global Biodiversity Lead in the E&S Policy and Risk Department in the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. For over 20 years, she has worked on the development of mitigation and management strategies to address biodiversity-related risks and impacts on private sector developments in emerging market countries globally. In addition to overseeing IFC’s team of biodiversity specialists, she was the co-originator of IFC’s Scaling Wind Program and serves as the Lead Environmental Specialist of the World Bank Group’s Offshore Wind Development Program.
Lori also serves as Vice Chair of the Convention on Migratory Species’ Energy Task Force, a multi-stakeholder platform that focuses on renewable energy developments and the conservation of migratory species, and she is on the Board of Directors of IUCN-US.
